SoEPS provides collaborative procurement and commercial solutions to the public sector.

Since becoming established as Solent Supplies in 2006 we have developed a range of sustainable procurement and commercial services to support our clients. Our primary role is to help  you purchase goods and services in a cost efficient and legal manner whilst acknowledging that the Patient is at the core of each and every purchasing decision.

Collaborative procurement is a constantly evolving process of liaison with other Procurement Hubs throughout the NHS who can assist us in increasing our buying power through the aggregating of demand and the supply of specialist expertise.

SoEPS  has a strong e-commerce  function which  manages  e-solutions such as the SBS eCatalogue Solution, an eSourcing Portal.  The use of current  technologies supports our drive for procurement efficiencies and we are continually evaluating new and more efficient methods to improve our purchasing capabilities.

We also have a team of expert data analysts supporting our procurement team who assist in identifying collaborative and bespoke opportunities.
